Secure operation
In the systems we develop and distribute, we strive for maximum data security, regardless of the type of data we send between endpoints. Although it might seem excessive at first glance, for example, in the case of a display, data security is our top priority. We do not allow even the smallest piece of information to fall into unauthorized hands or be lost. Another cornerstone of secure operation is the management of permissions.
The BABILON system enables an extremely high level of permission management for users.
Traceability
We consider it important that in such a serious, large-scale system, everything has an 'owner', everything has someone responsible. Precise reports on operations are indispensable nowadays.
For traceability, we store everything historically. Not only is the information received from the devices stored, but also every modification and event. The system logs who logged in and when, what they modified, when they modified it, and what they changed it from and to, or what they deleted in a given case. The stored events are accessible indefinitely.
Flexible System
In BABILON, it is also possible to integrate numerous devices from other sources (third parties) into the BABILON system. Our engineers, after thorough inspection, integrate the external device without compromise, which thus becomes an integral part of the system for the user.
With our well-established method, we are capable of not only software integration but also hardware integration, thereby often making infrastructure development even more cost-effective and simpler.
Affordable Sustainability
The BABILON system communicates with messages requiring very low data volume, therefore the amount of data transmitted is extremely low for both GSM and traditional networks.
Everything adjustable and controllable can be managed remotely – be it a display or any IoT device – commands can be sent to them, settings can be modified. We can perform software updates, full restarts, file transfers, etc. The primary purpose of operation is not content delivery, but if necessary, even service messages can be displayed on the device.
